After initially starting my worklife as a Physiotherapist in Germany, I relocated to the UK to be with my partner (now husband). This has led me down an unexpected yet refreshing new path - and made me find my real passion: Working in Technology!I've not looked back since my transition although Physiotherapy as a profession has taught me many invaluable life lessons that I am still grateful for. I strongly believe in "mens sana in corpore sana" and will always advocate for a good balance between mental and physical activity.

I believe in a world where balancing people, planet and profit is possible. I help businesses do this by being a big picture thinker - combining my technical skills with Agile Delivery, User Experience, Coaching & Mentoring skills and adding a sprinkle of Visual Design.I've acquired this skillset through being ever-curious and always wanting to make a positive impact. This meant "shapeshifting for value", AKA picking up whatever new skill was most useful for my work at any time - resulting in a varied skillset, and high impact delivered on every project I've worked on so far.
